Our end-to-end claims process is bespoke to meet the unique requirements of each client. We reduce the amount of time you need to invest, whilst producing a high-quality submission that maximises your return on R&D spend. We go the distance, so you can focus on the day-to-day.
For first-time claims, our initial consultation helps identify projects in your business that qualify for R&D tax credits. Alternatively, we’ll review your previous R&D claims to identify where efficiencies can be made. We’ll get to know your business and cover everything from terms to preparation, addressing any concerns you might have along the way.

Once your claim has been submitted, it will take about four to six weeks to receive your payment from HMRC. We use an escrow account so you can rest assured that your money is safe. Once received, the benefit is yours to enjoy straightaway!

By answering questions on the day-to-day projects within your business, we tell you if you’re eligible for one or more of the government’s four main R&D incentives: R&D tax credits, grants, Patent Box, and research and development allowance.
Many of the different innovation schemes complement each other to ensure your total benefit reflects your investment in R&D. We’ll help to show if you’re missing out on vital growth fuel.

We always want to offer value, and our rates are an honest and competitive reflection of what we do – we apply the same diligence, rigour, and consistency to all our work. But we won’t cut corners or sacrifice client service in order to be that ‘cheap’ R&D consultancy.
