Ella Francis

Head of Operations

Ella has spent the majority of her career in financial services across both the private and public sector, most recently at the Department for International Trade (DIT). She has a wealth of experience coordinating across all departments within a business and liaising with their clients to bring about positive commercial and organisational change.

Passionate about helping companies to become more efficient and grow, Ella puts a strong focus on delivering great client service and strong relationship management with the help of her skilled team.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time with her family and being by the sea.

Loren Church

Senior HR & Hiring Manager

Prior to joining Kene Partners, Loren assisted in building out the people, operations and marketing functions for two medium-sized start-ups. She spins multiple plates, taking great responsibility to ensure the wellbeing, support and development of all staff.

Loren is a key driver in the recruitment process at Kene Partners, continuing to grow our wonderful and skilled team. She successfully completed her CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management in 2022.

In her spare time, Loren enjoys long-distance road cycling across the often cold and windy Kent hills and running marathons!

Rachael Moore

Operations Manager

Rachael graduated from The University of Southampton with a degree in Politics and Philosophy. Prior to joining Kene Partners, Rachael gained experience working in a range of different commercial environments, including Thomson Reuters and BBC.

In her spare time, she enjoys vegetarian cooking, running and socialising!

Kathrena Odulawa

Operations Analyst

Kathrena graduated from the University of Birmingham, where she studied Political Science and Sociology. During her studies, Kathrena served as Secretary of the award-winning Gospel Choir Society, in which the choir  landed a spot on Britain’s Got Talent.

Prior to joining us, Kathrena gained experience working as a Resourcing Assistant at a leading retailer, assisting with head office recruitment.

Outside of the office, Kathrena enjoys travelling, cooking and reading Nigerian literature.

Iqramur Rahman

Finance Associate

Iqramur studied a BA in Accounting and Financial Information Systems at the University of Greenwich. His career began in the accounts payable team at a UK-leading outdoor retailer, paying large invoices totalling $3million per week to international suppliers from China, India and Bangladesh.

Following this, Iqramur then went to work for one of Europe’s biggest market research companies as an assistant accountant, covering a range of tasks from cost reviews to updating the sales ledger. As an enthusiastic learner, Iqramur’s ambition is to become a qualified chartered accountant.

In his spare time, Iqramur works hard to maintain his video-gaming crown. He also enjoys anime and supporting his beloved Manchester United, along with playing various sports.

Anna Stevens

Operations Analyst

Anna graduated from the University of Reading, where she studied Biochemistry.  

In her previous role, Anna had a diverse range of responsibilities, including office management and financial administration for the company.

She is very excited be part of Kene Partners and build on her operational and HR skills.

In her spare time Anna enjoys travelling, trying new recipes, reading and watching the latest tv shows and films.
