Nathan specialises in R&D tax compliance, helping clients navigate HMRC enquiries with calm, practical support. He prepares clear, well evidenced responses grounded in legislation, guidance and relevant case law, with a focus on getting to fair, defendable outcomes.

His work spans enquiry responses, appeals and ADR, and he also leads quality assurance across claims to make sure submissions meet today’s standard of scrutiny. Nathan brings analytical rigour and a steady approach, helping clients protect the relief that supports their investment in innovation.
