Farheen plays a critical role in managing the Consulting Team’s CMS system, ensuring the accuracy of key data and streamlining processes. She is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, training team members and tracking revenue. She also supports financial aspects of claims and helps the Enquiry Team handle HMRC-related financial enquiries.

With a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Physics with Theoretical Physics, Farheen has established robust systems to improve claim processing and ensure compliance with HMRC documentation requirements.

Outside of work, she is a passionate cricketer aiming to play for Surrey County, enjoys tennis and swimming, and is an excellent cook – specialising in Italian, Chinese and Pakistani cuisine. She also works out regularly and plays premiership-level cricket.
