Doug holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He is actively involved in all aspects of client relations, from invoicing to explaining R&D benefits and conducting client workshops. His role is to provide clear and comprehensive support, helping clients navigate the often-complex R&D landscape.

Doug enjoys watching and casually participating in various sports, with rugby being his favourite. On Saturdays, you can often find him by a barbecue or braai, enjoying the game. In addition to sports, he loves spending time in the African bushveld, surfing, and fly fishing. Doug has lived in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, South Africa, and Kenya, bringing a rich cultural perspective to the team.
