Joe works closely with clients across the UK to understand their R&D projects and company cultures.

With a BSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Glasgow, Joe developed a strong interest in sustainability and climate-related issues. His expertise spans biology, construction and software development, with a particular passion for sustainable aquaculture and data-driven genetic innovation.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys rugby, snowboarding and travelling. He has lived in multiple destinations, including Cardiff, Scotland, Melbourne and Zurich. Though adventurous, he often finds himself at the physio thanks to weak ankles!
