Sarah Watters
Sarah specialises in outbound lead generation and meeting coordination to drive business growth. She plays a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, leveraging various outreach channels to build strong relationships and create new opportunities for the Business Development team.
With 10 years of experience in sales, Sarah has worked extensively as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the tech sector, focusing on lead generation, account management and closing deals. She has worked across SaaS, advertising and finance, with a particular focus on supporting SMEs.
One of Sarah’s most significant achievements was pioneering the SDR function at Twitter, where she was the company’s first SDR. She played a crucial role in building out the sales team across EMEA, expanding from a one-person operation to a four-person team. In her final quarter, she influenced £1.2 million in revenue through strategic meeting bookings, budget expansion for existing accounts and successfully reactivating churned clients.
Outside of work, Sarah loves cooking, keeping active and spending time in the great outdoors. She thrives on new experiences and embraces the same energy in her personal life as she does in her professional career.
