She holds a BSc in Economics from Swansea University, where she gained hands-on experience in data and market analysis, economic modeling, taxation, and policy evaluation. Following her degree, she worked within the Ministry of Defence's Finance team, where she analyzed and summarized financial reports, identified emerging issues, and collaborated with military personnel and stakeholders to support strategic financial decision-making.

Originally from Italy, Maddie has a deep appreciation for travel and cultural exploration. She is passionate about skiing, photography, and art, always seeking new adventures and experiences.
