Anna plays a pivotal role in leading the People function, ensuring the company attracts, retains and develops top talent. She oversees recruitment, talent development and employee engagement, helping to create an environment where every team member has the frameworks and support they need to thrive. In addition, she spearheads Kene’s B Corp initiative, embedding sustainable business practices into the company’s operations.

With a BSc in Biochemistry from Reading University, Anna initially built her career in recruitment, operations and account management before transitioning into business operations. She is particularly proud of her work on the Talent Development project, which has enhanced learning and development opportunities, introduced structured progression frameworks, and strengthened one-to-one coaching within the organisation.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys books, musical theatre, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends. Having lived in South America and Berlin, she has developed fluency (albeit slightly rusty) in Spanish and German, adding to her international outlook.
