Rose is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained while providing strategic support and insight to the CFO. She plays a key role in strengthening financial processes and supporting informed decision-making across the business.

A fully qualified ACCA member, Rose brings over 11 years of experience in finance, including five years at Net Natives and five years at Anything is Possible, both marketing agencies, alongside earlier experience at Gatwick Airport. Having worked in small finance teams, she has developed a broad, hands-on skill set, with experience spanning all aspects of finance operations.

One of Rose’s proudest achievements early in her career was reducing a debtor list to £0, an uncommon and significant accomplishment that reflects her diligence and attention to detail. More recently, gaining her ACCA qualification marked a major personal and professional milestone.

Outside of work, Rose is a wife and a proud cat mum. She enjoys planning trips with her wife, Hayley, recent adventures include Athens and Malta, as well as gradually improving their home and exploring the scenic walks around Eastbourne. An interesting fact about Rose is that she climbed Ben Nevis last year with very little preparation… and has no plans to repeat the experience anytime soon.
