Lu manages a diverse client portfolio, preparing R&D claims across sectors, leading technical workshops and overseeing team reviews. As a key member of the Konnect Taskforce (our sister company), Lu contributes to strategy, team performance and operational excellence, mentoring team leads and improving processes to align with our long-term vision.

With a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering and five years of experience in R&D tax (including a year as a software specialist), Lu also has three years in engineering roles. Holding PRINCE2 Foundation and IRCA Lead Auditor certifications, Lu’s expertise spans engineering and software.

Notable achievements include successfully managing an HMRC enquiry for GV Health, resolving a complex accounting issue for Radley, and building strong client relationships that streamlined claims for The Literacy Tree.

Outside of work, Lu is a musician and artist, composing music and creating digital art. Impressively, they learned to fly a plane before learning to drive.
